Description:
We are seeking a skilled Shift Fabric Engineer to join a prestigious corporate building in the heart of Central London. Working within a high-end commercial environment, you will carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance including carpentry, painting & decorating, basic plumbing, flooring repairs, and general building upkeep.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
* Strong all-round fabric skills, including basic carpentry, painting and general repairs (carpentry qualified prefered)
* Excellent customer service and communication
* Ability to work independently and as part of a professional maintenance team
