Shift Engineer
Salary - £49336 per annum
Location - Peterborough
Shift Pattern - 12 Hour Days and Nights Rotation
We are partnering with a FMCG Manufacturer in Peterborough to recruit a Shift Engineer for the team. This will be a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for completing reactive and preventative maintenance on the site, and ensuring reliability for the site. It will suit a single-skilled person, looking to make the step up to their next maintenance engineering role or to develop their skillset.
Responsibilities:
Maintain, optimise and repair a wide range of equipment across electrical and mechanical systems
Fault finding
Contributing to both scheduled maintenance and immediate breakdown response
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive machine reliability and performanceRequirements:
A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in any Engineering discipline, such as (NVQ, BTEC)
Experience in a similar role such as (multi skilled maintenance engineer, shift engineer, shift technician, engineering technician, maintenance technician, or electrical maintenance engineer).
