Job Title: SHEQ Advisor / Compliance Advisor

Responsibilities:
Ensure effective communication of Health and Safety working practices to the workforce.
Guarantee site operations comply with permitted environmental regulations and maintain quality standards.
Conduct regular health and safety, environmental, and quality audits.
Maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.
Liaise with HSE and EA authorities.
Aim to minimize accidents and near misses on site while maintaining high standards of product quality.
Experience: Health and Safety, Environmental & Quality / SHEQ Advisor
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a similar role such as SHEQ Advisor, HSEQ Officer, Compliance Advisor, Health & Safety Environmental and Quality Advisor, or Lead Auditor.
Hands-on and professional approach to Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental issues.
NEBOSH General or higher qualification, with IOSH or NEBOSH environmental qualifications being a plus.
Experience in building relationships with the Health & Safety Executive.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards; IEMA Auditor qualification is advantageous.
Requirements:
Demonstrated stability in previous roles.
Industry-recognized qualifications (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely, IOSH Environmental, NEBOSH General, NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH Environmental) or working towards them.
Possible affiliations such as AIOSH, TechIOSH, GradIOSH, CMIOSH, CFIOSH, or IEMA.
