The role of the HSEQ Advisor – Building Envelope will involve:
* HSEQ Advisor position promoting a range of building envelope projects
* May be required to visit sites across the North West
* Ensure standards are maintained throughout project delivery
* Review and monitor risk assessments, method statements and site-specific health and safety documentation
* Provide guidance and support to project teams, site managers and subcontractors to promote a strong health and safety culture
* Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement of HSEQ procedures and management systems
The ideal applicant will be a HSEQ Advisor – Building Envelope with:
* Must have experience as a HSEQ Advisor, Manager, Officer or come from a closely related technical position
* Technical understanding of commercial façades, curtain walling, cladding, aluminium windows, glazing & doors or a related building envelope system
* Highly advantageous to have proven leadership and team-management skills
* Strong problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Customer focused and orientated
