Description:
Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Support Assistant based in the Hessle, Hull area.
The main duties of the role are;
* Regular welfare checks with residents
* Health and safety checks on the building
* Logging any maintenance repairs
* Signposting to relevant services
The ideal candidate will have:
* Good IT skills
* Experience working in Housing
* An Enhanced DBS check from the last 12 months
This role is 30 hours per week.
This will be delivered over 5 days, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am till 5pm
This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP
Pay rate- £15.95ph PAYE- £20.53ph UMB
