BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in Middlesbrough, TS5
Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Scheme Manager previously or have worked in Social Housing/Supported Living background.
This role will be running a retirement living service for older adults above the age of 55.
Hours – We have 2 roles available- 18 hours per week and 20 hours per week. The manager is happy to merge the 2 together to create just1 full time role also.
Temporary ongoing
Pay - Between £14.26ph PAYE or £17.96ph UMB
The main function of the role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, ensuring the scheme is maintained and being responsible for resident engagement and involvement.
Other duties will include but not limited too;
· Daily welfare checks with the residents
· Signposting information
· Maintenance reporting
· Health & Safety checks
