Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Day Shift (Early Finish Every Friday)
Actio Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our manufacturing client in Ferndown for a Sheet Metal Worker to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in metalworking who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive and well-established company.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating press brake machinery
* Metal cleaning and finishing
* Sheet metal fabrication
* Assembly and fitting of components
* Tapping and drilling
* Working from engineering drawings where required
* Maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout production
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a metalworking or sheet metal manufacturing environment
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
Previous experience operating specific machinery, including press brakes, is advantageous but full training will be provided for the right candidate with relevant metalworking experience.
