Description:
Major Recruitment are recruiting a Sewing Machinist for our client based in Ashton Under Lyne.
This is a hands on role suited to someone with experience operating sewing machines within a manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high quality products while ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Previous Sewing Machinist experience is essential to be considered for the role.
Working Hours
39 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Skills & Experience
* Previous Sewing Machinist experience (essential)
* Experience operating industrial walking foot sewing machines (preferable)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* A flexible and positive approach to work.
