Description:

Our client creates various large formatt prints, canvases, flags and hardware products. They are based in Staveley, Chesterfield and are now looking for an experienced industrial machinist to join their team.

Starting salary is £23,795 with opportunities for career progression.

The right candidate will have experience of producing and repairing a wide range of textile products using an industrial twin needle and overlocking sewing machines.

The role involves high repetition working requiring a consistant high-quality output

You will be able to change manchine settings to cheieve the correct sewing pitch as directed

Responsible for checking work matches patterns/ samples and is of the highest quality.

Basic machine maintenance is required - cleaning, oiling, chaqnging needles and threads.

This role has a starting salary of £23,795 but will be reviewed after the complateion of 12 week probabtion period. There will also be opportunities for career progression
