Job Overview
I am seeking a freelance setting out engineer to start work asap for 3 weeks on setting out and survey works on a hospital in Dorchester, Dorset. Must have own equipment and paying CIS - LTD Company is not an option on this project. Rate is flexible based on experience and if needing to hire equipment. This will be for 3 weeks total works. Must have CSCS card and the health and safety required to be on site.

Duties

* Quality assurance

* Setting Out

* Conducting surveys

* Drawing interpretation

* Inspection checklists

* Defect Management

* Progress reporting

* Layout Marking

* Site Control

Qualifications

* Engineering degree or educational equivalent

* Proficient in AutoCAD

* Proficient in GPS system and robotic tool station

* CSCS card

* Surveying Instruments such as Leica or Trimble

* Read and interpret complex architectural drawings

Working for a main tier 1 contractor with an excellent reputation, 3 weeks worth of work, starting ASAP
