Setting Out Engineer – Gatwick Airport
Location: Gatwick Airport
Start: Coming Months
Project: RC Frame
We are looking for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join an RC frame contractor on a project based at Gatwick Airport.
Duties will include:
* Setting out RC frame works including columns, walls, slabs and associated elements
* Carrying out surveys and level checks
* Reading and interpreting construction and reinforcement drawings
* Completing QA records and site documentation
* Checking works are completed accurately and to specification
* Working closely with the site management and engineering teams
Requirements:
* Previous setting out experience on RC frame projects
* Confident using total stations and surveying equipment
* Strong understanding of construction drawings
* Good QA and documentation experience
* Relevant engineering qualification
* CSCS card
* Airport experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate
