Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team. This is a superb opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation that prioritises expertise, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and services. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful implementations. This remote role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of ServiceNow and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to gather requirements and comprehend their business needs.
Design and develop ServiceNow solutions tailored to client specifications.
Customise and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
Perform system integration, ensuring seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise throughout and after the implementation process.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of ServiceNow capabilities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions and processes.
Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to offer clients the most up-to-date solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.
Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Legal right to work in the UK.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable.
