Description:

Our client, a leading company at the forefront of digital innovation, is seeking a talented ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation that values expertise, innovation, and continuous improvement.

This role is fully remote. 

Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation. This fully remote role is ideal for a skilled professional with a deep understanding of ServiceNow and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs.
Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet client specifications.
Customise and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
Perform system integration and ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during and after implementation.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of ServiceNow capabilities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions and processes.
Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.
Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Legal right to work in the UK.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable.
