Description:

Role Overview:
As a ServiceNow Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring Agile principles are adhered to and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This fully remote role requires a proactive and communicative individual with a strong understanding of ServiceNow and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritise the product backlog.
Ensure the team is fully functional and productive, removing impediments and fostering a high-performance culture.
Coach and guide the team in Agile best practices and principles.
Track and report on team metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Promote a collaborative and innovative environment within the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within ServiceNow environments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting.
Legal right to work in the UK.
Experience with ServiceNow implementation projects is a plus.
