Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an ServiceNow ITSM Configuration Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the core of my clienrts ITSM – the CMDB. You will develop and adapt configuration management processes, ensuring they are effectively and compliantly implemented across their global IT organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations related to configuration management and establish processes to maintain a healthy CMDB.
* Update and improve CMDB data, driving improvement projects and actions related to configuration management.
* Set and adapt KPIs around the CMDB, reporting on KPI performance.
* Represent configuration process management in contract activities with internal and external customers (including partners).
* Provide training and support to the internal organisation on process management.
* Ensure the launch and improvement of processes around configuration management.
Qualifications:
* Expert in ITSM with advanced ITIL certification or extensive experience in Lean, including advanced Six-Sigma certification.
* Deep experience with ServiceNow CMDB and other modules.
* Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GxP, CSV) and other IT quality-relevant topics.
* In-depth knowledge and experience in defining and controlling SLAs, KPIs, and contract-relevant service management topics.
* Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), enabling you to build and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.
Excellent Market rates payable. 6 months contract with possible extensions
