Job Title: ServiceNow CSDM Developers/Technical Consultants
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Type: 6 months contract - with possible extension
IR35 Status: Inside
Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for experienced CSDM Developers/Technical Consultants. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM. This role requires proficiency in designing and building CMDB data models, working with client stakeholders to create service maps for critical business services, and integrating CMDB with other data sources.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specialising in ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
Design and build CMDB data models aligned with the CSDM best practice framework.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to build service maps for critical business services in ServiceNow CSDM.
Conduct design workshops, create data models, and recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow CMDB with other data sources.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience with ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
Hands-on experience designing and building CMDB data models aligned with CSDM best practice framework.
Strong experience working with client stakeholders to build service maps for critical business services in ServiceNow CSDM.
Expertise in conducting design workshops, creating comprehensive data models, and recommending solutions in line with ServiceNow best practices.
Experience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with other data sources.
