Description:

Needs to have strong knowledge in Intruder alarms and preferable knowledge of Fire alarms, entryphone/access control and CCTV.

* Day to day servicing and callouts.

* Will join the engineers’ on-call rota

* Vehicle supplied (+ fuel card)

* 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays

On a daily basis the service engineer will service, maintain our customers systems (as above) as well as dealing with emergency callouts as and when required. A clean work ethic is essential as the engineer will be required to enter the homes of our customers to carry out their duties.

All calls are prebooked, routes are planned and then given to the engineers as directed from the engineering office.

On call duty will form part of the job with the other engineers; calls may come in at any time and will need to be dealt with by the duty engineer either over the phone or attending to site.

Working hours are flexibility in working hours is essential, sometimes dealing with late or extra calls (paid for in overtime) and sometimes finishing early
