45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Performing routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models
Carrying out diagnostic tests and electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) following manufacturer standards
Completing accurate digital write-ups and maintaining detailed job cards
Supporting warranty work and ensuring repairs meet safety and quality standards
Adhering to workshop processes and safety protocols
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and quality workmanship
Maintaining a safe and efficient workshop environmentRequirements of a Service Vehicle Technician:

Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Service Vehicle Technician, with diagnostics and warranty experience preferred
MOT licence is desirable; training can be provided if not yet qualified
Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality
Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional automotive setting
