A globally recognized company is seeking a skilled Service Technician!
An exciting opportunity with a well-established, family-run manufacturing business on the outskirts of Bury St. Edmunds.
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of power tools within our workshop environment. You'll maintain records of customer repairs, and service details, and log parts in our CRM system.
Responsibilities:
Service and repair electrical tools
Troubleshoot and ensure tools are fit for purpose
Maintain and manage the internal IT system, recording repairs, service details, and parts used daily
Manage and prioritize your workload effectively
Qualifications:
Electrical and Electronic Engineering qualification or relevant experience
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work under pressure
Driver's license required
