Conduct MOT tests and diagnostics in accordance with manufacturer standards
Perform routine servicing and repairs with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain precise service records and documentation
Support and mentor less experienced team members
Uphold the highest standards of health and safety and vehicle care
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanshipRequirements of the Service Technician:
Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
MOT Tester certification is essential
Master Technician or equivalent experience highly desirable
Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
