Service Technician
London & Essex
Monday - Friday
£29K plus £3K bonus, Fully expensed Company Van
As a service Technician your main role will be Servicing and Installing bottle fed and mains fed water coolers, Water dispensers, Water boilers, filtered and specialised hot waterTaps and Water Fountains, adhering to legal standards.
As part of the role you will also undertake Water Bottle deliveries to our
Customers.
This is very much a customer facing role and you will need to have the highest levels of customer service. You will need to be presentable & be able to work well as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
Service Technician Responsibilities:
* To include, installations into the mains water supply, repairs, services, exchanges and collections
* Ensuring all Water products are working appropriately for the customers needs.
* Accurate and timely management/ storage/ordering of stock and inventory, ensuring you have sufficient parts to successfully repair/complete required work.
* To be able to work to a tight daily schedule.
* Replenish the van with stock.
* Must be reliable & Punctual.
* Good fault finding skills is an advantage when carrying out repairs.
* Must be physically fit as you will be expected to deliver bottled water and customers expect you to carry them upstairs and to the location they require
* Have experience working in this industry with a proven qualification.
Must be competent to use hand tools for installation of units onto mains water source
