We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join a reputable dealership in Maidstone, Kent. Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00 – 18:00
One in three Saturdays, 08:00 – 13:00, paid additionally
Supportive management team with clear career progression pathwaysDuties of the Service Supervisor:

Lead, manage, and develop the Service Supervisor team to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
Oversee daily front-of-house activities, managing customer appointments, check-ins, and waiting times
Manage effective communication between departments to optimise workflow
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
Drive customer satisfaction and improve NPS KPIs through continuous improvement initiatives
Support Service Advisors in achieving performance targets, including upselling and customer retention
Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards
Contribute to departmental projects aimed at process improvement and service excellenceRequirements of the Service Supervisor:

Proven experience in a service or workshop supervisory role within the motor trade
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to professionally handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota basis
