The Role
We're looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager to join a busy dealership in Loughborough. You'll be responsible for overseeing the service desk, ensuring the team delivers a high level of customer service while keeping the department running efficiently and meeting key performance targets.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with previous Service Advisor or Service Management experience who is confident leading a team and managing a busy service operation. You'll need excellent communication and organisational skills, a strong customer focus and the ability to drive performance across the department.
