We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Service Supervisor at a reputable dealership in Brentwood, Essex. This is an excellent Service Supervisor opportunity for a professional seeking to lead a dedicated service team within a dynamic environment committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence and managing team performance to achieve dealership targets.

Benefits:

Competitive salary of £36,000 to £40,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £46,000 including bonuses and incentives
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work

Lead and motivate the service team to consistently achieve high standards of performance
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, workflow management, and compliance with dealership policies
Identify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue while maintaining excellent customer service
Build strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Ensure accuracy in processing payments and reconcile daily financial reports as a Service Supervisor
Develop training programmes to improve team skills and technical knowledge
Monitor service quality metrics, gather customer feedback, and implement continuous improvement strategiesRequirements of a Service Supervisor:

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the automotive industry
Strong mechanical knowledge and technical understanding of vehicle systems
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Experience in upselling and increasing revenue streams
Ability to manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently
