We are seeking a Service Solutions Manager to join a national market leader in the Building Management Systems industry, this is a field-based role, in the London area.

The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Service Solutions Manager to spearhead our expansion initiatives and cultivate strategic partnerships. In this pivotal role, you'll champion our cutting-edge BMS solutions, identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and fostering alliances within the commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Market Insight: Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential clients and discern emerging trends.

* Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts, cultivating a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.

* Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers, positioning our BMS solutions effectively.

* Solution Presentation: Present our BMS offerings to clients, articulating their value proposition persuasively.

* Collaborative Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.

* Deal Closure: Navigate negotiations, securing contracts and closing deals to meet or surpass sales targets.

* Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

* Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

My client is looking for:

* Relevant Experience: Currently operating as a strategic sales/account manager with a track record in Building Energy Management Systems, complementary Building Management Services, or Facilities Management.

* Technical Acumen: Ideally, previous experience in a BEMS engineering role with a solid understanding of multiple BEMS products and building mechanics.

* Proactive Approach: Enjoy proactively seeking new opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and presenting tailored solutions.

* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specific industry sectors such as Education, Health, Life Sciences, Pharma, Data Centres, or Commercial Property, enhancing understanding of customer objectives.

* Commercial Acumen: Ability to craft compelling commercial proposals, sell business cases, and responsibly manage budgets to drive future value.

* Flexibility: As a field-based role with travel to various sites and customer locations, possessing a valid driving license and regional proximity with a flexible working approach is essential.

Due to the nature of this role, it’s essential you possess a full UK driving licence.
