Service Sales Executive
Location: Lympne, office based
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 p/a, plus bonus scheme
Hours: 9am to 5pm
We are recruiting for a proactive and customer focused Service Sales Executive to develop existing accounts and generate new service sales opportunities. The role combines sales, account management and customer service, with a focus on service contracts, maintenance solutions and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell service contracts, service visits and engineer callouts.
Manage customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups from initial contact through to quotation and order.
Develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and contract renewals.
Prepare and follow up quotations, monitoring opportunities through to conversion.
Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate customer and sales information.
Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
Work with the wider sales team on repair, replacement and service opportunities.Person Specification
Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, commercially aware and results focused.
Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
