Up to £25,000 basic with OTE of circa £35,000
Full Training on offer - no previous Motor Trade experience essential
Long Standing and Well Established Motor GroupOur client a well regarded and established Main Dealer in Norwich is looking for a Call Centre Reservations Advisor for their thriving call centre.
As a Call Centre Service Reservations Advisor, you'll play a crucial role to the company's service departments.
Your responsibilities within this Service Reservations Advisor role will include:
Answering and making inbound and outbound service calls
Maximising service bookings
Providing first-class service to theirvalued customers.Whilst a background in either a dealership or call centre would be advantageous to your application, this is non essential and our client will offer full training to the succesful applicant. It is essential that you hold excellent customer service skills and are not afraid of picking up the phone to speak to people.
