Salary Circa £25,000, negotiable DOE
Monday to Friday 
No Weekends!A reputable independent car garage in North Cornwall is seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join their team as a Service Receptionist / Front of House Staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and an interest in the automotive industry. The garage prides itself on providing top-notch service to its customers and is looking for someone who can contribute to this positive atmosphere. Responsibilities of this Service Reception role:

Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the garage.
Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
Schedule service appointments and update customers on their vehicle’s progress.
Liaise with the garage technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Process payments and invoices.
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.To be considered for this Service Reception role you must have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a customer service role in the Motor Trade.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
