We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Reception Manager to join our client's reputable dealership in North London. This is an excellent Service Reception Manager opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to progress into a managerial role within the automotive sector. The Service Reception Manager will be responsible for leading the service and reception team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the continuous improvement of operational standards.

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 with an achievable OTE of £45,000 as a Service Reception Manager
Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm
Paid overtime for one in four Saturday mornings

Lead, motivate, and develop the service reception team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Manage customer complaints and resolve concerns efficiently and professionally
Oversee daily operations of the service reception area, ensuring high standards of customer care
Coach Service Advisors and reception staff to improve team performance
Identify areas for process improvement and enhanced customer service
Support the Aftersales Manager in achieving departmental goals and operational targets
Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to dealership success through proactive managementRequirements:
Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Team Leader, or similar role within automotive aftersales
Passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving high levels of satisfaction
Confident handling challenging customer situations and complaints
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Proactive attitude with a desire to progress into an Aftersales Manager position
