Salary: £30,000 + bonus
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday mornings on a rota

Service Reception Manager Role:
Provide day to day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representativesINDAS
