Are you a Service Manager or similar with previous professional Health and Social Care experience within a Supported Care environment looking for a varied role offering plenty of autonomy and responsibility within a well-established company offering further training and progression to area manager?

This well-established company offer high quality, person-led care and support for people with disabilities, mainly within the supported care industry and have been providing their services for over 25 years. They boast numerous sites across the UK and due to continual growth are looking for someone to join their team and take the role forward.

In this dynamic role you will initially be working out of the site in Stoke before the new site in Crewe opens in September 2024 which will then become your base. You will be tasked with carrying out all Service Manager duties, including providing clear leadership and support to the team, as well as seeking out new opportunities for growth and development of the service and dealing with any safeguarding concerns.

Due to this client operating in a Supported Living environment, a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is required. You will work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week with some weekend work being required.

This role would suit a Service Manager or similar with previous professional Health and Social Care experience within a Supported Care environment looking for a dynamic role within a well-established company offering further professional development and clear progression to area manager.

The Role:

Stoke / Crewe based, carrying out all Service Manager duties
Report any Safeguarding concerns and protect the companies values
Ensure staff receive the correct training and be involved in the recruitment process
5 hours, 5 days a weekThe Person:
