About the role:
We have a fantastic career opportunity for a Service Manager position to join the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub team here at Northamptonshire Children’s Trust.
- You will have a sound understanding and ability in relation to effective management practices, particularly as they relate to service planning and performance management and development of services and staff.
- You will have operational responsibility for the Team Managers and the quality of practice undertaken by the teams in the processing and decision making regarding all new referrals.
- The teams include a range of skilled staff and social workers who are friendly and confident professionals, who can work collaboratively to very tight deadlines and ensure the child’s needs are paramount and their voice is evident throughout.
