Our client, a reputable organisation dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, is hiring for a Service Manager to oversee a 4-bed Supported Living service in York.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and mobility challenges.
* Ensuring the delivery of person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
* Managing day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, service compliance, and safeguarding.
* Building strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies to ensure tailored support plans.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and outcomes.

What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in managing supported living or similar social care services.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Knowledge of learning disabilities, mental health, and complex needs.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults and promoting positive change.

Essential requirements:
* Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., Level 3 or equivalent).
* Valid UK driving licence (if applicable).
* Experience in safeguarding and compliance within social care settings.
