TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (plus benefits)
Premier Engineering is seeking an experienced Service Manager for our client's HVAC company based in Sudbury. Our client specializes in providing high-quality HVAC services and is looking to enhance their team with a dedicated and skilled Service Manager.
The Service Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
Extensive knowledge/experience in HVAC systems and services
Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field (HND, HNC, BEng, etc.)
Proven experience in a managerial role within the HVAC industry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proficiency with HVAC software and management tools
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsThe Service Manager role will involve:
Overseeing the daily operations of the service department
Managing and scheduling service technicians and ensuring efficient workflow
Ensuring all service calls and maintenance tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Handling customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues
Developing and implementing service policies and procedures
Monitoring and reporting on service performance metrics
