Service Manager – Fire & Security
Romford
£55,000 - £60,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire & Security Service Manager to join a well-established and growing Fire & Security company.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead a busy service department, managing a team of approximately 15 Service Engineers and the Service Administration team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of planned maintenance and reactive service works while maintaining excellent customer service and operational performance.
The Role
* Manage and support a team of 15 Service Engineers and the Service Administration team.
* Oversee planned maintenance, reactive repairs and engineer scheduling.
* Drive engineer performance, productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with NSI, BAFE and relevant British Standards.
* Build strong customer relationships and support the continued growth of the business.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Fire & Security Service Manager, Branch Manager or Senior Supervisor.
* Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control.
* Experience working within an NSI and/or BAFE accredited company.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
