Exciting Opportunity: General Service Manager
We are looking for a dynamic General Service Manager to lead a high-performing service department. The successful candidate will drive business forward, exceed customer satisfaction levels, and effectively manage a skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the service team.
Manage costs and maintain high quality standards.
Ensure accurate customer data collection and recording.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to handle pressure.
Full UK driving licence.
Offer:
£42,000 basic salary, with £75,000 OTE (uncapped).
Work hours: 42.5 per week, including some Saturday mornings.
