Aftermarket Service Manager – Engineering
£40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus + Company Car/Allowance | 4.5-Day Week | Flexible Working
Are you an experienced engineering professional looking for more responsibility, greater variety and genuine career progression?
We're working with a successful, growing engineering business looking for an Aftermarket Service Manager to lead its service team, manage technical projects and support major industrial customers across the UK and overseas.
The Role
*
Lead and coordinate field service engineers and technicians
*
Manage maintenance, installation and retrofit projects
*
Oversee quotations, site surveys, scheduling and technical support
*
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams
*
Ensure safe, efficient project delivery and compliance
*
Occasional UK, overseas and offshore travel
What We're Looking For
*
Experience in service management or engineering project delivery
*
Mechanical or electrical engineering qualification
*
Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, installation or fabrication
*
Background in oil and gas, power generation, heavy engineering or similar
*
Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills
*
Willingness to undertake offshore training and travel
