About the Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist supported living service for adults with autism and learning disabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and values-led leader to oversee a person-centred service that empowers individuals to live as independently as possible while receiving the support they need. You'll play a key role in leading a dedicated team, driving quality and compliance, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for the people you support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day operational management of the supported living service
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support in line with regulatory standards
* Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
* Drive quality, compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement across the service
* Promote positive outcomes, independence, and choice for individuals supported
* Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
* Oversee budgets, staffing, and service performance to ensure effective and sustainable delivery
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven culture throughout the service
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into a management role
* Strong background within supported living, learning disabilities, autism, or complex care services
* Excellent understanding of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and person-centred support
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
* Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Passion for improving the lives of people with autism and learning disabilities
* Relevant management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable
