Service Manager (Cleaning)

Do you have sound experience as a Service Manager or a Contract Manager in the Contract Cleaning industry or a similar industry, either for a single site or an area, and are looking for your next challenge?
Are you self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build outstanding relationships with customers and clients?

If so, you’ve got the skills to be considered for our position of Service Manager for one of our independent school sites in West London:

The Role:

Service Manager.
40 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday.
£42,500 to £44,500 p.a. D.O.E. plus the opportunity to earn commission.
The site: St. Paul’s School London, SW13 9JT. You will be looking after an independent school offering an outstanding, all-round education for about 1,500 boys aged 7 to 18 years. You will be based on site and an office space is provided.
The team: You will work with a Deputy Manager, a Site Supervisor, and a team of about 20 Cleaners and Janitors.

St. Paul’s School London is a truly exciting place to work at. It is an independent day school (with limited boarding) located on 45 acres of green open space on the banks of the River Thames in Barnes, London. The campus is unique amongst London schools for the on-site facilities it offers – from boat club to theatre, art gallery to cricket pitch, concert hall to engineering workshop.

You’ll be the first point of contact for the client on a day-to-day basis, delivering service excellence and optimum customer satisfaction. You’ll be joining at an exciting time to drive the strategic aims of both Nviro and those of a key contract in our portfolio, working closely with the client and internal stakeholders. You’ll also manage and monitor contract performance.
