We are recruiting for a Service Manager to join a well-established automotive garage in Alton, Hampshire. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the service department, streamlining processes, and motivating the team to achieve excellence.

Full-time, permanent position with standard hours (8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday)

Proven experience as an automotive Service Manager, senior service advisor, or equivalent managerial role within the motor trade
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy service department
Adaptability to new systems, especially in a modern, technology-driven environment
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
Leadership qualities with the capability to motivate and direct a team
