Achieve service department financial targets and customer satisfaction objectives
Oversee accurate job costing, invoicing, and parts control to maintain profit margins
Enhance customer satisfaction and promote customer retention strategies
Lead and develop a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Advisors
Collaborate with brand partners to ensure compliance with standards and best practices
Maintain high-quality service standards across all operations
Manage resource planning and workflow within the service departmentRequirements:

Proven experience in the retail motor trade, ideally at a managerial level
Strong technical knowledge of service department operations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation (desirable)
Technical or engineering qualifications are advantageous
Demonstrable leadership experience, with a minimum of two years in a similar role
