We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable motor retail group in Bolton, for the position of Service Manager. Manage resource planning and workflow within the service departmentRequirements:

Proven experience in the retail motor trade, ideally at a managerial level
Strong technical knowledge of service department operations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation (desirable)
Technical or engineering qualifications are advantageous
Demonstrable leadership experience, with a minimum of two years in a similar role
