Proven experience as a Service Manager in the automotive sector or a background as a Workshop Controller / Senior Technician
Strong customer-focused approach with a demonstrated ability to foster improvement and team motivation
In-depth knowledge of automotive industry standards and core service processes
Exceptional leadership and communication skills as the Service Manager
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining service quality
