Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of a busy service function within an agricultural setting
Lead, support and coordinate a team of operational staff
Allocate and manage workloads to support efficiency
Deal with customer enquiries and maintain positive relationships

Ensure work is completed in line with agreed standards and procedures
