We're searching for an ambitious and motivated Registered Manager to lead one of our residential services in Wembley.

About the Service
Our residential home supports autistic adults and people with learning disabilities in a welcoming, person-centred environment. The service has a strong community focus, with the people we support enjoying regular activities and daily opportunities to get out and about, try new experiences, and remain connected to their local area. The home benefits from a stable and committed team.

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered at all times.
You'll work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, families and internal stakeholders whilst developing and supporting your team to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.
Alongside maintaining quality and compliance, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the continued growth of the service, building relationships with commissioners and supporting new referrals to ensure more people can benefit from the excellent support already being delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the day-to-day running of the service
Leading, developing and inspiring your team
Completing supervisions, appraisals and performance management
Recruiting, inducting and developing new colleagues
Developing and implementing person-centred support plans
Conducting care needs assessments
Managing medication competencies and audits
Attending multi-disciplinary meetings
Completing service audits, quality monitoring and reports
Managing service budgets and performance
Building positive relationships with families, professionals and commissioners
Ensuring all regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements are met
Participating in the on-call rota as requiredWhat We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates who have both the right experience and the right values.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior care management role
Experience supporting autistic adults, people with learning disabilities, and elderly
A Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards this where appropriate)
Experience of CQC compliance and quality assurance
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience developing teams and nurturing talent
A passion for delivering exceptional person-centred supportWe would particularly welcome applications from experienced Deputy Managers who feel ready to take the next step into their first Registered Manager role.
