Service Management Consultant

Key Skills & Experience

Strong experience in IT service management, ITIL practices, operational process design, managed services or service transformation.
Good understanding of incident, change, problem, continuity and service ownership processes in complex technology environments.
Ability to convert operational resilience concepts into practical workflows and BAU behaviours.
Experience working with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms is desirable.
Strong workshop facilitation and process mapping skills.
Ability to balance control, usability and operational efficiency when designing resilience processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked at a consultant level before and will ideally have worked in providing a statement of work.
