The Company
Our client is a specialist manufacturer of electronic equipment. Due to growth, they now require a Service Engineer to help UK wide with installation.
The Role
* Reporting supervisors/project manager, you will work in challenging and varied environments all over the UK.
* From construction sites to occupied live facilities carrying out all elements required for full installation of systems, while adhering to all applicable regulations.
* Specific tasks and responsibilities include containment installation, first fix cabling works, second fix equipment connection, equipment programming, final testing, commissioning, and completion of documentation.
* Throughout the process of an installation, they will need to be able to work from site or contract drawings and liaise with clients or contractors on site where required.
The Person
* Ideal candidates for the role will be efficient and adaptable workers with good all-round abilities.
* Previous electrical installation experience would be preferred, but full training will be given.
* You must have good communication skills, be good organisers, be willing to work as part of a team or on their own and be adaptable to new processes.
* The successful candidate will be site-based UK wide working Monday to Friday, 8-30am-5pm.
* You must be able to drive and be prepared to travel across the UK Mon-Friday.
