Service Engineer

To support its loyal customer base in Shropshire the company is now looking for an enthusiastic medical laboratory support engineer wanting to move their career forward in a hospital pathology laboratory setting.

In this important role you will provide planned and unplanned maintenance and installation support and training to customers in key NHS pathology laboratories in Shropshire (Shrewsbury, Telford hospitals) supporting complex automated blood analysers. You must currently be living in these areas or be willing to relocate.

Qualified to BEng, BSc, HNC/ HND level or above in electronics or engineering, you must have experience as a service engineer / customer support engineer of fault diagnosis and repair of electro-mechanical/fluidic/electronics systems and medical instrumentation in a laboratory setting. You will form part of the companys value-added service to customers and will have excellent customer facing skills.
