Service Engineer

Inverness, Scotland

£38,000 (£35k salary + 3,500 travel allowance) + Door 2 Door Travel + Electrical Training + 33days Holiday + Pension + Bonus

This company employ 25,000 people globally and due to continued growth and expansion are looking to employ Engineers across their Division. This client are known to be a great place to work due to continued investment back into their staff.

On offer is a service engineer position with industry leading company where you will work on a range of high spec equipment, work alongside and support a mechanical engineer and have the opportunity to continue to develop electrical skills with qualifications at the end of it.

The ideal candidate will be a multi skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer with a knowledge of electro/mechanical or engineering equipment. Ex Forces candidates encouraged to apply and will be offered training and support to get up to speed in the role. Full UK Driving Licence required.

This position will work with large mechanical equipment for industrial, commercial and municipal water sectors. Here you will work on a range of high spec equipment, work alongside and support a mechanical engineer and have the opportunity to continue to develop your electrical skills with qualifications at the end of it.

The Role:
*Install, Service & Maintenance of a range of large mechanical equipment that is PLC, SCADA Telemetry machinery controlled in water sector
*Range of applications, Commercial, industrial, municipal sectors
*On the job training, electrical training and qualifications
*Door 2 door travel & Lots of overtime

The Person:
*Must have good electrical and mechanical fault finding and maintenance skills.
*Experience with 415V and hydraulics.
*Ideally from a heavy plant background or Ex Forces candidates encouraged to apply and will be offered initial training
*Fault finding on a range of equipment (PLC controlled, telemetry, SCADA, control panels, and condition monitoring systems)
*Full UK Driving licence
