Fire & Security Service Engineer - Liverpool
£36,000 | Field-Based | Full-Time, Permanent
We're looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a growing regional team, covering the Liverpool area and surrounding North West locations.
This is a maintenance-focused role working across a variety of commercial sites, carrying out servicing, fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs on a range of life safety and security systems.
Key Responsibilities
Service and maintain fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control
Carry out fault-finding and corrective repairs on site
Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
Ensure all works are completed and documented accurately
Liaise professionally with site contacts and customers
Participate in an on-call rota (where required)
What we're looking for
Background in fire and security service/maintenance (minimum 3 years preferred)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
Good understanding of commercial systems
Confident working independently across multiple sites
Full UK driving licence
