Description:
This role would be working for our long-standing client who manufactures specialized machinery based in Lincolnshire.
The object of the role would involve despatching engineers to carry out works in the UK and worldwide. You would manage the engineer’s diaries and ensuring they have everything they need for the job they’re attending.
You will put quantities together on receipt of information and assist in the identification of various spares and parts.
You would spend a large amount of your time chasing quantities and quotations. You will collect information and show this data in an orderly fashion on the ERP system.
You will make sure everything stays in line with KPI’s outlined.
To be considered, you would need to have previously worked in an engineering environment in a co-ordinating role for at least 5 years and have customer service skills.
IT literate and a professional attitude is required.
Full training will be provided.
